Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a passionate and driven Principal Consultant – Strategic Sales who can help Prime meet goals and revenue targets and keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for planning sales strategies, capitalizing on our sales team’s potential, and acquiring new clients.


  • Design and implement strategic business plans to increase Prime’s customer base across Finance, Healthcare and Insurance Verticals.
  • Work alongside Marketing to ensure there is consistent lead generation.
  • Build/Grow new accounts

Required Skills:

  • Someone dynamic who can roll up sleeves to generate leads, pitch products, and services, write proposals/RFPs, lead inside sales teams, become a key driver of marketing efforts
  • Good understanding of IT services industry, the related issues facing CIOs and their decision processes
  • Proven experience in the IT industry, a significant amount of which should have been spent on building and creating new customer relationships
  • Proven ability to develop new business across industry groups and drive programs for new client acquisition
  • Successful track record of achieving significant growth in revenues
  • Strong leadership skills
